Dozier was closed in 2011. Records indicate at least 96 children died there between 1914 and 1973. Many of them were orphans. Many were black. Five years ago, 55 unmarked graves were found on the school’s grounds by University of South Florida anthropology students.

federated social networks only work if everyone is running their own instance because you can't trust instances run by volunteers to stay up forever (or even more than a week)
