Distrohoppers' Digest Episode 018 has hit 703 downloads, Episode 019 is not far behind, and Episode 020 was released this past Saturday. Moving up in the world for our little niche podcast. Also, Distro Madness just completed the first round of voting at https://itsmoss.com ! The site has slowly been improved and we're adding staff and looking for good articles on hardware and software ratings and instruction.
The voting is over at LinuxQuestions.org for the best Linux/OpenSource of 2020. In the podcast category, mintCast has moved from below the middle two years ago, to above the middle last year, to 6th place in this year's voting, getting more votes than any Jupiter show and more votes than Ubuntu Podcast. Our listenership now averages over 3,600 downloads per show. Our current team came in in October 2018. We have a lot of fun and cover a lot of Linux.

It's raining computers! I blew the power supply on my mini desktop, and while I was waiting for the replacement I was given a really powerful tower (should be here Saturday) and another used-to-be-powerful tower (needs cleaning). If I can get everything working, I will have one to sell and one to give away, and an upgrade in my desktop to boot!
Quote of the Day:
“It was miraculous. It was almost no trick at all, he saw, to turn vice into virtue and slander into truth, impotence into abstinence, arrogance into humility, plunder into philanthropy, thievery into honor, blasphemy into wisdom, brutality into patriotism, and sadism into justice. Anybody could do it; it required no brains at all. It merely required no character.”
Joseph Heller, Catch-22

@CubicleNate Question: Why would I want to set up openSUSE when it's so much easier to set up GeckoLinux?
If you haven't heard Distrohoppers' Digest and you like hearing about Linux, please give us a listen. We cover at least 2 distros per episode, usually in about 45 minutes, after using them for at least a month and often as our main daily driver, from the viewpoint of long term Linux users who are not computer professionals. Our scripts can be found at https://distrohoppersdigest.blogspot.com and you should be able to find us in any podcast app or by using the feedburner link on the website.
In the past week, I have added Gecko ROLLING and KDE neon to my desktop computer, giving me 7 distros and leaving one open partition. I have 5 distros and an open partition on my laptop. I have Ubuntu MATE on my Pi 4. And now even my wife is distrohopping, with Mint MATE and Ubuntu Unity on her T430. This is contagious. And my latest DHD podcast is over 500 downloads!
I have Ubuntu mate 20.04 installed and completely running on my new Raspberry Pi 4. The only thing I couldn't get installed was SoftMaker Office, which does not yet come in an arm64 version. The fun part was using scripts to get Mullvad running. Miel gracias por @Wimpy for the great work on this project.
Current desktops include MATE, Moksha, Plasma 5, Cinnamon. No Gnome or XFCE or LX__ or Budgie or Deepin or...
